David Chimonera, RPAcc(Z)
Director
David Chimonera is a seasoned finance, governance and corporate leadership professional with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, enterprise risk management, auditing, company secretarial services and board advisory work. He has held senior executive and board-level positions across the insurance, asset management, investment and health sectors.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Zimbabwe Open University and a Bachelor of Technology in Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe. David is also a Registered Public Accountant in Zimbabwe and holds a CIS Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe.
His senior leadership experience includes Finance Director, General Manager Finance and Administration, Company Secretary, Finance Manager and Audit Manager roles at organisations including Brinski Investment Group, Zimnat Life Assurance Company, Fidelity Asset Management Company, Fidelity Life Assurance Company, Doves Funeral Services and the Comptroller and Auditor General.
David brings practical, results-oriented leadership to financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, strategic planning, auditing, advisory, risk management, stakeholder engagement, corporate governance and board-committee support.
